This sunny south-facing 58 sq. mt. apartment is situated close to Palacio de Congresos de Madrid, in Plaza de Lima’s neighbourhood, at the intersection of Paseo de la Castellana and Avenida del General Perón, just a few meters from Santiago Bernabéu Football Stadium.
In this area, known as AZCA, is where present financial and business area of Madrid -and the very commercial Calle Orense- are located. The location of the apartment, in the first numbers of Avenida del Brasil, gives access onto one of the most in fashion fun zones in the city, with places such as Négone, The Irish Rover, Cheyenne, Bangaloo and others.

Madrid is, generally, a nice and secure city. The apartment is very near  (less than 100 m.) from the Spanish Ministry of Defence and other official sites, in a well watched and patrolled area. There is a 24 hour Police Station nearby in Avenida del General Perón, AZCA, visible from the apartment windows/terrace.
